We just finished another amazing Loudoun County Fair.  You were a key contributor to that great success.  Your knowledge and expertise in desktop publishing and marketing were invaluable to the Fair again this year.  In our fourth year of working together you have once again delivered excellent services.  As my Assistant Fair Superintendent said about you, “Thank you for doing another amazing job on our fair magazine & brochure.  Best in the business!”  And as I have told many people, “Your Newsy Notes, LLC is part our A-team!”

As always, the Fair Brochure and Fair Guide were designed and information presented in a way that very effectively marketed the Fair.  You made people want to “Experience the Excitement” and attend the Fair!  And this year you also provided us with the Fair tickets and Costco display card design.  The tickets allowed us to get an additional sponsor and looked great.  Your fun and colorful Costco card helped pull people to the Fair too.

What more can I say, you are an integral part of the success of the Fair.  We look forward to working with you again for the 2012 Loudoun County Fair.

You went above and beyond with our Constant Contact account by updating our newsletter with our new logo and colors, fine tuning our welcome letter, and generating a new sign-up box for the newsletter to put on our website.

I am writing to let you know how much we enjoyed working with you this past year.  Your expertise in the desktop publishing arena and guidance in the commercial printing process was invaluable.  This year’s Fair Brochure and Fair Guide are sure to be award winners at the Virginia Association of Fairs Conference, just like last year.

Your design and layout of the expanded Fair Brochure greatly aided the marketing for the Fair.  The longer Fair Guide was packed with useful information that enhanced the “fair experience” for our Fair goers.  All I needed to do was give you my vision and you delivered flawlessly.  In addition, your attention to detail came in handy when double-checking my print invoice; you caught my over-payment and helped me get a refund.

Finally, you also produced a professional modification to our fair logo in commemoration of our 75 year Diamond Jubilee.

What more can I say, you are an integral part of the Fair team and we look forward to another exciting year for 2011!

Just wanted to write and say how much we enjoyed working with you these past few months. Your energy, your enthusiasm, your attention to detail and the follow up was something unlike we’ve never seen before. 

The 2008 Loudoun County Fair was a huge success this year and in part due to the work you did for us. I know we weren’t always where we should have been at times but you worked with us, even pushed a few times, which was what we needed and everything just came together. Nothing is more rewarding than a plan that comes together on time, on budget and executed with professional precision.
